Sales Development Representative

Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and qualifying them for our platform. You will also work with the Customer Success Team to onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound channels, such as email, phone, text messaging and LinkedIn
  • Execute multi-touch account based marketing to key customers identified where we can add significant value
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in our products and services
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to onboard new clients
  • Co-Create target prospects lists to target key accounts
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Ensure successful follow through the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM (Hubspot)


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience with Hubspot and key sales and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Fearless and willing to cold call new people and share how we can help them succeed
  • Ability to communicate with business owners and C-level executives
