Demand Generation Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that generate leads and drive sales. You will work with a team of marketing professionals to create and manage content, develop lead nurturing programs, and track and measure results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a demand generation strategy and roadmap
  • Develop and execute on these strategies, including developing and executing a variety of marketing campaigns across multiple channels for private real estate investors and syndications.
  • Create and manage content programming including a variety of content, such as blog posts, webinars, guides and white papers
  • Develop lead nurturing programs designed to convert leads into customers. These programs should be designed to provide private real estate investors and syndications with the information they need to make a decision about our products and services
  • Track and measure results marketing campaigns, such as leads, demos, SQLs and customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the needs of private real estate professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to think strategically and creatively
  • Use a variety of marketing tools and resources, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability  to track and measure the results of marketing campaigns, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Hubspot and other marketing automation tools
